OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
1. Purpose and Scope
At Istanbul Pazarlama A.Ş., our goal is to create a healthy and safe working environment for all our employees. Guided by the principle of “Occupational Health and Safety First,” we act with the awareness that our most valuable asset is our employees in all activities we carry out.
This policy covers Istanbul Pazarlama A.Ş. employees, subcontractor/supplier employees, and our visitors.
2. Objective
With the approach of “All accidents and occupational diseases are preventable,” we aim for zero workplace accidents and zero occupational diseases by regularly reviewing our occupational health and safety systems and increasing our awareness initiatives.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
Istanbul Pazarlama A.Ş. employees, subcontractor/supplier employees, and visitors are required to comply with this policy.
Every employee at every level is responsible for supporting occupational health and safety practices and ensuring compliance with this policy.
The Occupational Health and Safety team works in collaboration with all stakeholders within the framework of applicable legislation.

All our occupational health and safety practices are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and standards, and our performance is continuously improved.

Potential risks in our activities are analyzed in advance, and proactive measures are taken to ensure a safe working environment.

Occupational health and safety is an integral part of our corporate culture. We aim to spread standards in this area through knowledge and experience sharing.
4.4. Training and Awareness
All our employees receive occupational health and safety training upon hiring and at specified intervals. Participation is certified at the end of the training.

Our occupational health and safety performance is regularly reviewed, and necessary steps are taken for continuous improvement.

5. Review
This policy takes effect on the date approved by Istanbul Pazarlama A.Ş. senior management. It is reviewed, updated, and communicated to all employees as necessary by the Human Resources and Management Representative.
