Istanbul Pazarlama A.Ş. takes the highest level of security measures to ensure the lawful collection, storage, and sharing of your personal data and to protect your privacy.

Our goal is to inform you in the most transparent manner, in accordance with Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and to ensure your satisfaction, about the methods by which your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, with whom it is shared, the legal grounds, and your rights.

a) Data Controller

In accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the data controller for your personal data is İstanbul Pazarlama A.Ş. (“Company”).

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The Company may collect personal data in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, and marketing and sales information from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, job candidates, business partners, and suppliers.

Your collected personal data may include:

To provide you with the company’s products and services, fulfill our obligations, prepare records and documents, and comply with obligations arising from information storage, reporting, information disclosure, tax, and other local and international regulations.

To improve service and product quality by offering you special advertising, campaigns, advantages, and other sales and marketing activities.

To conduct business activities such as invoicing, finance, accounting and collection, information systems, data and website hosting, business continuity, and record and document management, and to comply with internal procedures.

To inform you about information technology requirements, system structure, the necessity of received IT support services, and these services and products.

To conduct statistical analysis and CRM studies within the scope of sales and marketing activities.

To take your orders, process payments, collaborate with third parties in logistics and ship products, recommend products and services that may be of interest to you, conduct online behavioral advertising and marketing, manage customer portfolios, measure and improve service quality, conduct communication, optimization, auditing, promotion, analysis, identify areas of interest, conduct marketing, sales, advertising, and communication activities.

To determine and implement the Company’s commercial and business strategies; for financial operations, communication, market research, and social responsibility activities, purchasing transactions (requests, offers, evaluations, orders, budgeting, contracts), internal system and application management, and legal proceedings.

c) Persons to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Their Purposes

Your collected personal data will be used, limited to the purposes specified above;

To authorized persons or organizations pursuant to the Tax Laws, Social Security Institution regulations, the Court of Accounts, the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Code of Obligations, and other legislation;

To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and judicial authorities;

To companies and affiliates abroad;

To natural and legal persons from whom we receive services and with whom we collaborate; to program partner institutions and organizations for product/service analysis, evaluation, advertising, and the achievement of the aforementioned purposes; to institutions with which we have agreements to convey messages sent to customers; and to cargo companies that deliver orders to you;

It may be transferred in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

d) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data; The Company’s Head Office may collect your personal data through applications submitted through contracted websites, other institutions from which we provide/receive support services, individuals and/or institutions engaged in transactions under legislation or contracts, our website, social media accounts, and future channels.

Your personal data is collected by the Company for the purposes specified above, within the framework of relevant legislation, and within the scope of the performance of the contract.

e) Rights of Personal Data Subjects in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law

As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company using the methods specified below, your request will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
