Our aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, it is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the persons with whom it is shared, the legal reasons and your rights.

a) Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Istanbul Pazarlama A.S. (COMPANY) is the data controller of your personal data which may be collected and processed within the scope explained below.

b) For what purpose will personal data be processed

Personal data may be collected by the COMPANY from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, employee candidates, business partners and suppliers in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information and marketing sales information.

Your collected personal data;

To be able to offer the COMPANY’s products and services to you, to fulfill our obligations towards you, to prepare records and documents, to comply with information storage, reporting, information, tax and other obligations stipulated by local and international legal legislation,

To offer you special advertisements, campaigns, advantages and other benefits for sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing the quality of services and products,

Managing business activities and complying with internal policies and procedures, including those relating to invoicing, finance, accounting and collections, IT systems, data and website hosting, business continuity and records, document and print management,

To communicate with you in order to provide you with the necessary information regarding information technology requirements, systemic structure, the necessity of the IT support services received, and these services and products,

Conducting statistical analyzes and CRM studies for sales and marketing activities,

Receiving your orders, carrying out your payment transactions, providing logistics cooperation with third parties and sending products, recommending products and services that may interest you, online behavioral advertising and marketing, customer portfolio management, measuring and improving service quality, communication, optimization, auditing, promotion, analysis, identifying interests, marketing, sales, advertising, communication

To be used in all kinds of products and services that will be offered to you within the scope of comparative product and/or service offers, modeling, existing or new product studies and/or developments, and the law and relevant legislation regulating the works written in the COMPANY’s articles of association, which are the subject of your disclosure of your personal data to the COMPANY,

To comply with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject regarding the use of these services,

In line with the purpose of determining and implementing the COMPANY’s commercial and business strategies; Managing financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), in-company system and application management operations, legal operations carried out by the COMPANY

c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your collected personal data; limited to the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes;

• To persons or organizations permitted by the Tax Laws, Social Security Institution legislation, Court of Accounts, Law on Prevention of money Laundering, Turkish Commercial Code, Code of Obligations and other legislative provisions,
• To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,
• Foreign companies and subsidiaries,
• Personal data may be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the law No. 6698 to; the real or legal persons from whom we receive services and cooperate in product/service analysis, evaluation, advertising and the realization of the above-mentioned purposes, program partner institutions and organizations, institutions with which we have agreements to send the messages we send to our customers, and cargo companies that deliver the orders to you.

d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be sent verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as the COMPANY Head Office, applications made through contracted websites, other institutions to which we provide / receive support services, and real persons and / or institutions with whom transactions are made within the scope of any legislation or contract, our website, social media accounts and future channels;

• It is collected by the COMPANY for the above-mentioned purposes within the framework of legal legislation and within the scope of the execution of the contract.

e) Personal Data Owner’s Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods set out below, the COMPANY will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exists, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to an unfavorable result due analysis through automatic systems,
• Having a right to demand compensation in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in Turkish and in writing, in accordance with the 1^st paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, or in written form via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address. You can send it by using secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system. In applications, information will only be given about the applicant and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and third parties. COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

In your application;

• Your name, surname and signature if the application is written,
• For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, your identification number, if you are a foreigner, your nationality your passport number,
• Your residence or workplace address,
• Your notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any,
• The subject of your request must be included, and if any, information and documents regarding the subject must also be added to the application.

Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents that will prove your identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be disruptions in the conduct of the research to be carried out by the COMPANY based on your request. In this case, the COMPANY declares that it reserves its legal rights. For this reason, your application must be sent completely and including the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.
